Start your wonderful journey with Ik Chin Travel to Luang Prabang, the UNESCO World Heritage town of Laos. Upon arrival, explore the Night Market where you can find varieties of local handmade textiles, hawker food & souvenirs.



In the early morning set off around 0530hrs to take part in the rituals of saffron-clad monks collecting Alms offering Then, head over to Phousi Market for a local market experience. To better learn the local culture, the best place is to start from their market. Next visit the iconic Mount Phousi,  an about 372 m high religious site housing several Buddhist shrines.   The summit of the hill is the most ideal place to overlook the Luang Prabng town & surrounding countryside. Next, travel to the outskirts and visit a Lao Ethnic Village for a better understanding of local hill tribes’ lifestyle & culture. Lastly, visit the famous Kuang Si Waterfalls. This three-tier turquoise waterfall just outside of Luang Prabang is arguably the most beautiful place to explore the natural beauty of Laos.  Get yourself dipped into this calm pool perfect for cooling off on hot days.

After breakfast, proceed on a Luang Prabang City Tour. Tour includes visit to the oldest Wat Sene Temple, the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong Temple and the most impressive stupa of Wat Visoun. Then cruise down the Mekong river to see the  Pak Ou Caves. Located at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Ou rivers, the caves are cut into a limestone cliff and are filled with many Buddha statues, a popular spot for local pilgrims.  Returning, enjoy Sunset view on the Mekong River bank.

Today is a fun-filled and wonderful day! Experience basket making at the Bamboo Experience and visit the Arts & Ethnology Centre to learn about Laos’ ethnic cultures. Lastly, enjoy a dinner with Traditional Dance Show.

Free & easy in the morning. After lunch, visit the former Royal Palace & Houses (Museum), which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. Transfer to airport for your flight back to Singapore.
